My husband and I had been trying for a baby for four years; we went down the western medicine route at first which included IUI and many tests with all the same outcome; no pregnancy and no reason why. We decided that we would like to try an alternative path and TCM was something I had read about that could treat fertility and general well being. After finding Dr Lui we went along to a consultation with him and discussed both of our backgrounds, things we never would have thought would be linked to fertility but in fact these issues gave Dr Lui an insight into our overall health. Dr Lui addressed the source of the problem, he helped to get my kidneys and liver strength up again and regulate my menstrual cycles after discovering I had Endometriosis.
We went into the treatment with an open mind and although sometimes it was hard to understand how the herbs and acupuncture were helping we grew to trust Dr Lui inexplicably and the wisdom he offered us along the way. Whenever we had a question or needed some reassurance he was there via person or on the phone. It was a hard adjustment for people around us, as they didn’t believe that TCM could help us achieve a much longed for baby but we knew we had to remain strong and stick with the course of herbs and acupuncture, going regularly and making sure we told Dr Lui any symptoms, no matter how minor when the came about.
We became pregnant in Autumn 2014, after one miscarriage a year before. The first pregnancy we didn’t follow Dr Lui’s instructions as we thought now were pregnant we can stop taking herbs and get on with it. The second time round we knew better and followed everything Dr Lui instructed us to do which included, to rest as much as possible especially in the first 3 months, to cut out certain foods and activities, and attend regular acupuncture appointments to support the pregnancy. After nine months we had our beautiful baby boy, born at 40 weeks and weighing 7lb11oz, the doctors were surprised at how relaxed and alert he was at birth and also how quickly I recovered- those months spent resting were so important as after the birth I had the energy to get through sleepless nights and everything else that comes with a new born.
Dr Lui has given us the best gift of all, it has not been an easy journey but one that has fulfilled our lives and could not have been achieved without Dr Lui and his passion for what he does.

My 3.5 month old baby had been suffering with colic since she was 3 weeks old. She was crying with painful cramps and wind. This made it difficult to feed her and also made it difficult for her to sleep.
Dr. Lui gave her acupuncture and also provided her with Chinese herbs.
This treatment instantly gave her relief - her wind was untrapped and her digestive system started to ware more efficiently. This means that she cries much less and is able to feed and sleep more easily - leading to a happier baby and happier parents!

We were trying to get pregnant for a while but I knew I had problems with my period cycles and I suffered from work related stress. My cousin suggested I try acupuncture to relieve the stress and promote fertility. I found Dr Lui online and with the testimonials I thought I would give it a try. From the initial consultation Dr Lui made me aware of the issues I was having and created a tailored programme focused on regulating the fertility cycle by giving a cycle length that was predictable and therefore increasing the chances of conceptions. Dr Lui also helped to regulate my hormone and nutrients levels. He also optimised digestion to promote hormonal balance and blood flow to the fertility organs. I started acupuncture in September 2013 and within 6 months I found out I was pregnant! Dr Lui then helped me have a safe first 12 weeks of pregnancy which is always tainted with miscarriage. The labour was good. Only 3 hours and 17 minutes from when I was 4cm dilated. I had no medication at all.
Baby arrived at 12:27pm on 28th October. 3.31kg and 52cm. Baby boy.

At 4 months pregnant I was told that I had a low lying placenta, the doctor told me that there was nothing I could do with it, I should just wait. I was therefore asked to come home at 8 months of pregnancy to assess the ablution. Unfortunately my placenta had not moved at all, which meant that I was only going to be able to deliver my baby via a C-Section. At that point I decided to follow a cause of acupuncture & herbs treatment. After 2.5 weeks, my placenta move up by 3cm! I was given the green light for a natural birth.

So I've been seeing Dr Lui for 5 months now and I'm very pleased to say seeing him was very successful for me because even though I got High Killer Cells. He managed to help get me pregant and everythings going OK.
So for his herbs are very important to my growing baby and don't want to miss a day without taking my herbs and the acupunture helps me relax so my baby is doing OK.

I have Alopecia, a form of hair loss of the scalp that is patchy. I have had this condition since 2008. It is a condition that is somewhat a mystery as it can be caused by a number of reasons but there is no one treatment prescribed for it of a cure.
As a female hair loss can be difficult to come to term with and manage. I have become an expert in concealing the bald patches. Over the years I have tried steroid cream, steroid injections, investigatory blood tests among other things to manage it and attempt to identify a source for the issue.
Early 2015 the hair loss was the most significant it has been in years, it is cyclical and normally cross back but this time it wasn't.
Acupuncture was suggested to me. I visited Dr. Lui and he began a treatment of acupuncture including taking herbs. It has been a slow and steady process as parts of the scalp were more difficult to treat. Dr. Lui has been persistent and has got it to a place that I now have growth and the hair loss is significantly reduced.

After I was prescribed a high-testosterone contraceptive pill by my GP, within a month, I suffered from severe acne. This was a struggle, especially because I work as a film actress.

I had back problems for 8 year, I had to stay in hospital at least 2 times a year.
No doctor could help me, they said that I just need to wait until it gets worse(!). So after 8 years living in constant pain, I finally had an operation. It was done successfully, but recovering period was even longer than I thought- pain was still there. Then, I found Doctor LUI Clinic and they helped me soo much! After acupuncture treatment and consultation about Attributes Of Food. My life changed instantly!
Now it has been more then a year after I had my treatment, I haven't feel any pain since then. I even worked as a professional dancer, I couldn't imagine, I could do that! I have severe IBS from salmonella food poisoning and before I came to Doctor Lui I had tried all sorts of medication to try and help to no effect. Since I have had acupuncture and Chinese herbs, I am starting to feel more normal and healthy than I have for years - Whereas I used to be in agony most days, this only happens very rarely now and Doctor Lui is extremely accommodating in fitting me in as + when I need an appointment. The clinic is extremely clean + The experience is very relaxing, especially when you know how good you will feel shortly afterwards!

After more than twelve months of psoriasis (I believe as a result of a period of tiredness and stress) and unsuccessful treatment from these different conventional dermatologists, I found Dr. Lui's Clinic on the internet. It was necessary to put complete trust in this very different approach to healing and forget the conventions of Western medicine. I have been trying for a baby for over 5 years. During this time I discovered I've got endometriosis and overactive thyroid. I went through one operation to remove half a thyroid, three operations to remove chocolate cysts. I have been advised to have a baby to temporarily halt endometriosis. Unfortunately I had two miscarriages along the ways.
Having seen Doctor Lui I made amendments to my diet and been advised to sleep early. Along with acupuncture and herbs within three months I got pregnant again. With continued care from Doctor Lui, the pregnancy term was successful and I gave birth to a baby girl! I am trying for baby number 2 and looking to treat endometriosis in the long term.

I was trying to conceive my second child (having been unsuccessful for a few years) when I found out about Dr Lui. Within a month having been treated with Dr Lui's acupuncture and continuous herbs prescription, I was pregnant with my second child!
Dr Lui's TCM expertise and knowledge not only meant he correctly identified my problems with conceiving but also helped me to have a safe and healthy pregnancy. I was also really pleased and thankful for his care and treatment- definitely had a more relaxed labour and delivery. Thank you!
My eldest daughter, Emily, had a very high temperature and Paracetamol didn't manage to bring the fever down (fever was 39 degrees). We were worried and started to seek for alternative medicine as her fever was constantly high and made her feel very ill and weak. It was then we asked Dr Lui to start TCM treatment (acupuncture and herbs) on her. After the initial consultation, with his TCM expertise in treating children, Dr Lui managed to bring down her temperature immediately back to normal (which I believe this would not have been possible with western medicine). Emily recovered within 2 days, without any signs of temperature reoccurring, which was such a relief to us parents.
My second daughter, Olivia, an 8 month old baby, recently had a very bad cold with phlegm and cough. Dr Lui, with his TCM expertise, assured us that TCM was safe for babies and children. We started TCM (acupuncture and herbs) immediately for Olivia, and it was a great pain relief for her. She didn't manage to eat and sleep well before but recovered in a few days and her symptoms disappeared, thanks to Dr Lui's precise TCM treatment.

I always thought that getting pregnant was easy and was part of human nature, until I was told that I had unexplained infertility (all my hormones were normal) and a complete failed IVF, even the doctors were surprised why I didn't respond to the drugs.
As I almost lost hope and was thinking of going for an ultra expensive ivf course, I found Dr Lui's clinic online. After reading all the positive stories I decided to give it a go, and to my surprise I got an appointment on the same day, as usual NHS/private appointment takes weeks even months.
After the initial consultation, Dr Lui was confident that he could help me get pregnant. So I started the treatment straight away, had acupuncture a few times a week plus TCM to take on a daily basis. The acupuncture session was relaxing, although it was a small clinic, I never had to wait long for my appointment, unlike what I have experienced in other hospitals/private clinics. I feel calm and happy after each session. Dr Lui also advised me to changed my diet and daily schedule, i.e. going to bed early each day.
To my surprise again, I fell pregnant after 4 months of treatment, as I thought it would take a long time with TCM. I continued to see Dr Lui through out my pregnancy, I trusted Dr Lui completely and knew I was in good hands. Dr Lui always reassured me that everything would be OK with frequent acupuncture and TCM.
I had a carefree pregnancy and gave birth to my son in March. I feel so blessed with my son and am so grateful to Dr Lui. I would recommend him without hesitation and I am confident he can help other women like myself.

I have approached Dr Lui in hope that acupuncture will help with my hormonal imbalances.
At the age of 40 I had never had regular menstruation without the help of hormonal pills. I was taking them for both comtraception and cycle requlation without any consideration for side effects for 17 years. When 1.5 year ago I decided to stop taking contraceptives my periods were only 1 or 2 a year. I also had other PCOS symptoms and put on 22 ibs of weight within a year of stopping hormones.
To be honest I approached Dr Lui without much faith that acupuncture will actrally help me, I am positively suprised, the results are astonishing. I got my first period after 2 sessions (2 weeks), with Dr Lui and then have it infallibly every 33 days for half a year now.
In addition to acupuncture I also use Dr Lui's herbal formulations.
Not only I have regular periods, Dr Lui takes meticulous record of how I feel and helps to eleminate any problems like menstral headaches, stomach pains, etc. I plan to continue the sessions reducing the frequency gradually. I would recommend Dr Lui to anyone with problems similar to mine.

I've had an on and off wishing with smoking. I came to Dr Lui for treatment and within 4 sessions I had no desire to smoke.
He treatments are calming, relaxing and powerful. It is for sure money well spent. I no longer live in London, but when in town, I came for treatment, this is how much I appreciate he treatment.
